It's an exciting time for Kate, she has written her first novel!

Kate contacted me because she needed personal branding images for her website and to promote her new book. 

We started the session on-location in downtown Carrboro in front of a cool floral mural, and then headed to the studio where we were able to capture Kate's natural and fun personality with the help of her daughter who was an amazing assistant during the shoot!

I like the white background against the different outfits that Kate changed into during the shoot. We dragged in various stools, plants and props to change things up but also kept things very simple and neat looking.
