About the Shoot:
Photo shoots take place outdoors or in your favorite location whenever possible. Indoor studio is available on rainy and cold days. The main focus should be on you and your children instead of fancy backdrops and props, I prefer the natural backdrop of nature. You can come to my garden or I will travel locally to your favorite spot or home at no additional charge (up to 20 minutes, contact me for longer distance or for travel quote). Photo shoots usually last about 1 hour. Indoor studio is used during winter months and for newborn and maternity shoots and/or if you prefer a classic backdrop for your photoshoot. I can travel to your home for newborn photos in the comfort of your home.
About Prices:
Sittings start at $150/Saturday $100/weekday mornings. This includes a personal photoshoot for one to four people, and an online proofing gallery. Reprints start at $25 for a 5 x 7. Collection pricing available. New! Digital collections starting at $500. Please email me for a complete price list. Session fee is due in advance to hold appointment and is nonrefundable.
About Proofs:
All customers receive an online proofing gallery about one week after the photo shoot. You may email friends and family the password protected link to the online gallery. The gallery expires after 1 week but can be reloaded for another week for $25.
About "What not to wear":
For all portraits, I recommend keeping it simple. No busy patterns or large prints. Solids, plaids and small prints are all great. Jeans, tee shirts, and bare feet are classic and never go out of style. For groups, try to coordinate somewhat. Everyone doesn't have to match, but stay away from one person in black and another in white, for example.
